1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Deaxautt Technologies website (deaxautt.com) or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Deaxautt Technologies provides IT services and digital marketing services including, but not limited to, website development, mobile app development, software development, UI/UX design, SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, content marketing, and related services.

Specific terms for individual service engagements will be outlined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements between Deaxautt and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Deaxautt Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client Work

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Deaxautt retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used in delivering services.

4. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the website

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, standard terms are:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion or per milestone schedule
• Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deaxautt Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deaxautt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our services for any particular purpose.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
